Xue Chengcong, Deputy Director of the Investment Service Center of Jiangyang District, Luzhou City, first introduced in detail the latest development situation and core policies for attracting investment in Luzhou City on behalf of the inspection team, laying a foundation for subsequent in-depth exchanges.

Deputy Director Xue Chengcong introduced that in recent years, Luzhou has always adhered to the general work tone of seeking progress while maintaining stability, developed new productive forces according to local conditions, and maintained a good momentum of steady and positive economic performance. In the first three quarters of 2025, the city's gross regional domestic product reached 216.57 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.3%. Among them, the added value of the tertiary industry increased by 6.2%, and the vitality of the service industry continued to be unleashed. In terms of industrial layout, Luzhou has formed a "5+5" key industrial chain development pattern, covering five major manufacturing industry chains including Baijiu, energy and new chemical materials, equipment manufacturing, medical health, and bamboo industry, as well as five major integrated industry chains including digital economy, modern logistics, low-altitude economy, and the integration of culture, tourism, and commerce. Especially in the field of equipment manufacturing, it has a national high-tech industrialization base for high-performance hydraulic components, and is focusing on developing specialty tracks such as new energy commercial vehicles and automotive parts, providing broad cooperation space with Yechao Electric in business fields.
